Good news for the current pool of newbies, and future recruits also. I have taken it upon myself (with a little support from David Gay) to write a current and up to date version of "Euphoria for Newbies" (kinda like a beginner's guide to Euphoria, but David wouldn't let me steal the name :}). Expect a beta release in the next couple of weeks.
