Win32Lib Update

I've sent Robert the latest version of Win32Lib. Features include:

    HTML documentation
    Printing
    Screen graphics bug fix
    onPaint DC caching
    getSelf corrected
    Support for 24 bit bitmaps

For those who are interested, the bleeding edge edition at my site contains
a (rough) version of multiple windows for the IDE:
