I've posted the Win32Lib 0.45m 'Bleeding Edge' update at: http://www.lanset.com/dcuny/win32.htm#BleedingEdge Features include: - FIX.EX pre-binding program updated to Euphoria 2.2 keywords - TrackBar increments correctly - Fixes for child controls of TabControl - New getFontDialog (thanks to Judith Evans) Beta testers, have at it! I'm hoping it's finally stable. Known issues: 1. system_exec() still doesn't behave properly. It's got to be something I've done, because it works in older releases. I'll try to track this down this weekend. 2. One user reports problems consistantly occur while running Explorer - system fonts being corrupted, etc. I've never personally encountered this problem, nor heard any other similar reports, so I can't duplicate or verify this. 3. NT seems to be treating fonts differently. I haven't had a chance to verify this. Finally, I'd like to know how well the library runs under Wine. Wine used to report a mismatched open/closeDC error when running Win32Lib applications, and that *should* be fixed. Since I toasted Linux a couple weeks ago (flakey hardware), the Wine site seems to be perpetually off-line, so I haven't been able to reload it. Thanks! -- David Cuny
