No it doesn't (although Matt has something).
In 2.5 you'll have the Euphoria source code for
a complete Euphoria interpreter, 100% compatible
with the standard interpreter. Maybe someone can
produce an include file that will let you 
evaluate/run Euphoria statements and expressions that
are created at run-time.
