I've been thinking about an alternative. What exactly does KDE stand = for? (I hate doing web searches that return thousands of unrelated sites...) Oh, and is it free? It's = completely integrated with the web - you can browse local directories, click on = folders, connect to the web or an ftp server, and things look just like they do = on your local computer (just a little slower). You can even edit and save files = over the web (if you have permission and passwords to do so). Also drag and = drop files from websites onto your desktop (or the other way around, if = allowed). That's what I used to make the desktop jpeg on the website (the one with = the circuit board backdrop) Netscape is also available, but it's big, slow, and buggy. Regards, Irv
