Simple window application in Phix - IUP version

I was seeing Rosettacode website for example of Phix and found that Simple Window example application is given with 'arwen' and not IUP or pGUI as I expected: http://rosettacode.org/wiki/Simple_windowed_application#Phix . What would be simplest code for such example?
