Thank you for responding.

I downloaded mingw and it look pretty complicated. I need to study it for a while.

If I do figure it out, what command do I put in the BIN folder?

For Watcom I'm using:
ecw -wat "E:\EU\Demo\appselect.exw" *

  • (the file I'm compiling)
