Hi, Sperry, I've not been able to download the new win32lib from Derek's site. IDE has not been converted to the new version yet, although some folks that got the preview of win32lib have e-mailed me that IDE works ok after conversion. As soon as I get the new version I will make an optional download of IDE on my home page that will work with win32lib version .55. I believe Derek was going to include all the clipboard functions in the new version so that is probably why you are getting the error about redefining xGlobalLock. You might take out the include IDE_clip.ew statement in IDE.exw and see if it runs then. All of the demo programS in the win32LIB will work but the Ide v. .54 will no longer work. I get an error: attemtp to redefine xGlobaLock - defined already in win32lib.ew xGlobalLock = linkFunc(kernel132, "GlobalLock", {C_POINTER} or something to that effect. > >I read were there is a conv055 to convert some files related to this but when I rand it it said access denied. > >Anybody know what I should do? > >Thanks, > >The new programmer, > >Sperry
