Suppose for a hypothesis a super-computer of the future COULD solve the total of all synapses and their relative weights.

What would the consequences be for a robot being provided with this info?

What woukd it mean for us humans IF such robot were to come alive in fact?

Gruesome thoughts are flashing through my mind and I for one would fight as hard
as I could to prevent this from happening because:

What if the indestructable robot would consider mankind to be inferior to him and eradicate US.
