Let me summarize the discussion:

Both passing by value AND by reference would be a valuable addition to Euphoria
why not write code named:
PassByVal(any code)
AND
PassByRef(any code). And again like my question in the strengths of Euphoria:
Why not ask Robert Craig about his opinion?
