Are you sure that you linked to the right pdf? The pdf in your link reports the publication date 2012-10-16 on the cover page, but there is a newer pdf dated 2013-11-08 at this link: openeuphoria.org/eubins/docs/euphoria-4.1-2013-11-08.pdf

Yes, the link points to the most recent public release.

i have build some binaries that also contain pdf docs. The pdf docs are not working perfectly but the html docs seem to be okay.

The binaries are only for Windows but the docs are the same for Windows and Linux.
