Is there anyone who know of a univerial CD-ROM driver to be used with MS-DOS's MSCDEX. I would like to use the CD-ROM when booting in MS-DOS mode vs. Win95.

I've found the most compatible CDROM drivers are Sony's or Mitsuimi's. I've tried them with Creative, Hitachi, Mitsumi, CyberDrive, BTC, Sony, Pionner and other drives with success. I can email it to you if you need. Regards, Daniel Berstein daber at pair.com
