If you go to RDS page, then to "The Archive" under the Database
section is my dbf engine. It's old, but it may help you with your
program. It allows you to create dbf files. Also you can add, read,
and delete records. I don't warranty it will work with any dbf file,
but at least with the ones it creates ;) I tested it with Clipper's
DBU.EXE utility and works perfectly.
I suggest you "encapsulate" your database I/O into some module (.e)
so when the new routines are ready you can easily upgrade.
