1. Idea

You know, I have never seen a windows program written that monitors the
clipboard for a substring and then launches an application when a match is
found.  I think this would be a wonderful utility.  I have no clue as how to
interface with the clipboard tho.

Search for "Bullet Proof FTP"... it waits until the clipboard holds an URL
and then goes there and downloads it.

There was a program in the Euphoria archives that allowed euphoria programs
to either paste to or read from the Win clipboard.
