Hello,
I've made a util that can make a color in a picture
transparant.
But R.Craig says that there are much better programs
for transparancy.
But I searched,looked and runned many programs for
transparency and I find them not better, because
the most of them run only in mode 19, are very
complicated and takes a lot of space and memory.
But what do you think about my program ?
It's small & simple.
