I'm not sure on long filenames in Win95, but 4dos filename descriptions
(which I use for long filenames under Win3.1) uses a hidden reference
file by the name of "descript.ion" in the directory. It it plaintext
and fairly easy to parser. Dunno if Win95 uses the same scheme.
