Hello im fairly new with the hole programming thing. So I ask of you to help me. Could anyone help me learn EUPHORIA. Could you send me some lessons and software that I would need. If all goes well the ones who help me can test the game I hope to build with this new information. Thanks in advance. Bob

A good first step would be to download the "Beginner's Guide to Euphoria" by David Gay. That, plus a lot of games and graphics demos are on the archives pages at http://www.rapideuphoria.com It's also helpful to print out the refman.doc and library.doc files that come with Euphoria. Read thru them, and when you find something that doesn't make sense, try the example. If it still doesn't make sense, ask here. Regards, Irv Mullins

A bit abusive don't you think? Wouldn't it be more productive to make a few suggestions to a new user to get him started in the right direction? The only thing your rude flame was good for was to possibly alienate a member who could contribute to the Euphoria community. This mailing list is to help members of the Euphoria community not as forum to abuse a new user seeking help. So for the benifit to the mailing list as a whole keep your rude comments to yourself. Thank You. Sorry for wasting everybody else's bandwidth with this reply. Bret Belgarde Network Administrator Seattle Crab Co. / Skippers Inc. --He who laughs last, didn't get the joke-- "R. W.
