1. U4 Number System

Please check out my U4 Decimal System (should be "Numbering System"). It =
can take any base-x integer and convert it to base-y, with x and y being =
any integer more than 1 and less than 255. I would like help on testing =
the speed of it and optimizing it. (I created this mainly for =
compression of data, to turn a base-10 number of 15 digits to a base-254 =
number of only 6 digits.)
