No.  The book is a line by line exposition of OidZone, along with a
compete design spec, game and program theory section, and a license to use
my arcade game engine in your own games.  Included is a disk with all the
source, include files, all the art, all the sounds, etc.

There are more Crash Course lessons than are presently available from my
web site, which I need to update soon.  I've posted all of them so far
here, but the archive hasn't been updated.

That's a really good question which I have no really good answer for.
Partially it's because I've been busy(lazy) and partially because I never
get any feedback from the lessons I've posted.  I have part 2 of the last
lesson (AI scripting) about half finished for months now.  I'll try and
get back to it this week.
