1. EUTILE... PROGRAM FOR SMALL IMAGE...
Hi all!
This program, EUTILE, is the program that can be used in
drawing small tile or icon image. This program runs in the 257 graphics
mode and mouse-driven. I found that running this program dose not bring
any harm to my computer, hpwever, use this at your own risk.
You can assign colors to the right and left mouse button each by clicking
mouse button on the PALETTE board. You can also change color assignment
of mouse button by pressing Ctrl + mouse button on the GRID board.
that is, if you click mouse button on the GRID board while Ctrl key pressed,
the grid color at that point will be assigned to that mouse button.
You can also load, save, move, mirror the images. Click menu buttons
on the program screen. save & load format is 256 color bmp file.
This program included many wonderful codes developed by other Euphorians.
I send my sincere thanks to Jiri Barbor, Pete, Marcel and also to the
creator of Euphoria language...

The program seems good. It uses mode 257, however, so it does not work
properly on my machine. The screen is in three parts, with two big black
lines parting them (bad explenation, but if you have the same problem, you
will understand). Is this a normal problem, telling me I cannot use mode
257, or is it a ugly problem which should not occur at all? My videocard is
pretty new, and supports at least 800*600*16 mill colors.

BTW, would anybody be interested in an electronic digest for Euphoria? I
would like it to include programming tips, useful routines and such. Well,
just an idea I got while writing this letter. I can 'control' the digest,
if someone is interested.

I used your program, it's simple but good, in my machine it works right
ok, but here are some suggestions:
- why do you don't re-organize the space, and put a real_size_window like
"miniature" of MSPaint?
- You could put two squares under the colors palette to view what colors
are reached by each mouse button
- you could add support for graphics_mode 19 (it's the most used to games
at this time)

I saw your program again and looked at the mini-window, that show a
real-size miniature of the BMP, sorry for the fail in my suggestions...

yes, it needs. but I think I have to make my codes clean firstly before
adding new function. My codes are very messy now. ^^;

EUTILE is for making small image used in 19 mode. The reason i make in 257
mode is because the mouse pointer is too big and the line is too thick in
mode 19. You could noticed the small image view in the top-left of the screen
layout is very alike as shown in mode 19, since i doubled the pixel size for
it.

EUTILE is for making small image used in mode 19. The reason why i used

in mode 19. You can notice the view port image at the top-left screen
layout seems be alike as in mode 19, since i doubled the pixel size for it.
