   2. Are you talking about writing just a common library for the RISC
      machines ?

   3. Do you have the propritory information about the game consoles
      software and hardware ?

   4. Do the game consoles have an existing API ?

   5. Do the game consoles have a common low level interface ?

   6. Do the game consoles have specific OS ?

   7. Do the game consoles have a common low level instruction set ?
