After fixing the bitmaps, I got the error *once*. Bummer, because it means
the latest (unreleased) version of Win32Lib doesn't fix it either. 
On the bright side, I've added code toWin32Lib so you NT can load bitmaps.
Additionally, you can dynamically create bitmaps by passing a bitmap and
palette to a function. I'll try to release it some time early next month.
