I think a few years before that, time_t would have been changed to be
a better type, like 64-bit integer. Maybe time_t_ex, with some new
funcs. You know, like the change from Win16 to Win32.

Anyways even now Delphi 4 has supported a new type which is 8-byte
integer (Int64), so...?

I think the most obvious thing is the Y9999 bug. blink

BTW I wonder whether you'll still be developing programs on 2038?
