Ooops.
Version 0.45i corrects tooltip placement, and adds 'platform' and 'flush' to
FIX.EX. This takes care of my problem with binding.
Can anyone give me a clue how to *create* icons within Windows programs? The
new version of Euphoria allows the executable to have an icon, but doesn't
assign an icon to the window that's created. All the documentation that I've
got seems to relate only to loading icons from resource files, not creating
them in memory.
