1. Resource Binder Fixed
I've sent Robert an update to my resource binding routines. There was a
miscaluation in the file offset, which make the code useless for binary
files.
Neil Rigby identified and fixed the problem back in early December; I'm
finally getting around to posting the code. I've also added some examples on
how to use the routines, since people were a bit confused on exactly how it
worked.
Thanks to everyone who noted the error, and Neil for fixing it. My apologies
for the extreme lateness of the correction.
