1. Win32Lib Home Page

After putting it off as long as possible, I've created a home page for
Win32Lib:

    http://www.lanset.com/dcuny/euphoria.htm

If you want the latest bleeding edge version, it's the place to look. I've
posted the pre0.42 release there. I'll try to keep it current, but I'm not
making any promises. I'll try to get the current versions of Llama posted as
well, once I get a chance to write up the documentation. That might take a
while, since the IDE is sucking up all my time.

As usual, feedback is appreciated. Too many images on the page, layout
stinks, etc.

Looks good to me, David.  I didn't know about Dos32Lib.  I'll have to check
that out.
