1. Bards Tale Game

A long time ago I hacked my way through creating a graphics engine to mimic the one used in the Bards Tale series of games (my favorite games EVER). It wasn't hard, but I found that trying to draw the dozens of needed perspectives for each wall, door, building... was a momentous challenge. That brings me to now. I realize that with any 3D drawing program I could do the work instantly. Just draw a single flat 2D image and have the 3D program do the perspectives and save them in a file. No problem. Also no problem is writing the code to display these images corectly. In Euphoria it would be a NO BRAINER. Finally, I have already written a object-oriented equipment/armour/weapon/magic system in Visual Basic. It is based on the idea of "scripts" and I think it would be easy to port into Euphoria. So my point is this. Does anyone have the artistic ability to draw some nice panels? Does anyone have the ability/software to transfer them into a series of panels with the proper perspective? If so it would be SO EASY to write a clone of the greates RPG game of all time, Bards Tale III. Anybody interested please let me know. jwap at southeast.net John DeHope.

I loved the Bard's Tale Construction Set!!! I would be happy to make some 2-d wall and door tiles... I don't have anything to convert them into 3-d perspectives, but I would like to make the 2-d tiles. I just need to know what size you need, how many sets, how many in each set, etc. Just send any and all information I need to make the tiles, and I'll get started, and send them when I'm done. P.S. I lost the BTCS when I moved, does anyone know where I can purchase it? Is it still on the market?
