You're opening "winsock.dll". That's the short form. The long form includes the information that "Winsock.dll" is a 16-bit DLL; it is a particularly egregious form of self-abuse to attempt to open a 16-bit DLL if you're a 32-bit process - and in Euphoria, you are.
