Judith, I forgot to mention one thing last time that I was running under Win NT, but yesterday night I tried some of these with 98 and the same thing happened. >>I have found the following bugs in the latest version 0.9L of IDE. I have >>been using Win32Lib ver 54. > Are you using ver 54 with all the patches? The latest IDE is .9L.6 . I am using IDE ver 0.9L.6 and Win32Lib 54 (it doesnot give any patch no. in the LIB) Win32LibVersion={0,54,0}. This is the one available asv0.54 experimental from Sourceforge. Maybe, I need the latest patch, can you please tell where is the one with all the patch? >> 1. Delete in Code editor deletes two character at a time. one to the left of >>cursor and one below the cursor. > I don't see this bug. What screen resolution are you using? I tried the > keyboard delete key and the menu 'cut' and the keyboard backspace key. This I have tested only under NT not under 98. Hmm... It doesnot happen under normal circumstances, I have to find out the combination which started this. Will update. >> >>2. You switch to > another screen and the EditText is invisible. Were you expecting the onevent to keep it visible? I trigger another onevent to make the EditText invisible again, I can see the code is properly executed in the Debugger, but on the screen it is still visible. Now if I Alt+Tab to the debugger window and come back the EditText is vanished! (as it should have been). I think it makes the EditText invisible, but the screen is not refreshed. I have tested this both under NT and 98. > Maybe I need to see your code. Send to my e-mail. The code is too big, do you still need this ? I can send you a zip file. > Prasanta, I'm not trying to put you off about your problems. I just don't > see them on my machine. I sould have given you more info to find the bugs, it is my fault. Thanks for looking at the problems and keep up the good work. Regards, Prasanta.
