1. Need Feedback on IDE Tool Box

I've had three people tell me they do not like the new Tool Box. If you
don't like it, I really need to know. Please respond to e-mail address not
the list.

Also if you think the Tool Box should be the entire length of the Design
window and the Property box on the right, tell me that also. That would
reduce the size of the design window somewhat.

Sascha found that I have the vertical scroll bar too high when using
win32lib version 54. I'll fix that next week and any other bugs that are
found.
