I've made changes to IDE for:
1) starting grid color was supposed to be Gray. Blue got in instead during
my testing. Changed to Gray.
2) Properties Sheet has a new property 'Style Type' which has three dropdown
items: or_all({...}), {...} and ... where the dots are supposed represent
the style from the Style field. I don't mean that I plug in the style, its
visual only. {...} works for win32lib version 54.5 to mean replace with this
style and ... works for version 54.5 to mean add this style. ... can also
work with other than version 54.5 for controls.
3) IDE comes up with Grid hidden. IDE loads fast now. The first time you
select to show the Grid by unchecking Hide in the Grid configuration menu,
it will take some seconds to build, just like it does now. If you hide it
back and unhide again, its still fast.
I'll check into David's idea about tiling the dots to see if I can speed up
the process.
I'll probably give most of today to see if anyone has anymore
bugs/suggestions and post the change tomorrow.
I won't be near a computer Wednesday-Friday to respond to e-mails/list
messages but will as soon as I can.
