Euphoria Ticket #604: Uninstaller should completely clean up after the installer

The installer leaves things behind that doesn't get cleaned up after install. These are: 

1 Registry Keys for EUPHORIA Extensions: .e, .ew, .ex, .exw 
2 Modified PATH variable

eu.cfg is seen as something that shouldn't always be removed at uninstall so its handling is in ticket #599.

Correction: The eu.cfg ticket is ticket:603.

Somebody, please try this on Windows 9x:

remove EUDIR from AUTOEXEC.BAT, and EUDIR\bin from the PATH.

Install EUPHORIA, using an exe created from tip version of the repository ISS file in %TRUNK%\packaging\win32\euphoria.iss

Check to see if PATH gets updated after a reboot.

Then uninstall and then check to see if PATH no longer has the EUPHORIA install directory in its path after a second reboot.
