I don't have FreeBSD. Yet, if you will test this for me. I can upload changes for call_back generation but I need more detail.

I wonder if it wouldn't be easier to just give you ssh access to my FreeBSD box?

It sure would be faster, at least.

It fails with a machine exception,
passed: allocate code memory
passed: allocate data memory
/usr/home/jeremy/projects/euphoria/tests/t_dep.e:100
A machine-level exception occurred during execution of this statement
--> See ex.err
failed: Is memory allocated by allocate_code() executable? expected: TRUE but got: FALSE
3 tests run, 2 passed, 1 failed, 66.7% success

As of svn:4054 the test works. Prior to this, Jeremy's and Shawn's commits appear to have gotten DEP working, but the machine code in t_dep.e was wrong for the FreeBSD case.
