We need to undo the change set 1cc24f60c63e and then modify it so it says that the nightly builds are Windows OS only and perhaps they are not being done at night.

What?
What's in that change set? Why should the nightly builds be Windoze only? Why do you think that they aren't being done at night? (They do run from the evening to the wee hours of the morning - but they run when the sun is down and the night sky is dark.) Why would mention of the nightly builds ever be taken out - they might be down temporarily, but this - of course - is only temporary.
You realize that the builds were up and running since September? That is, for nearly half a year?

The non-Windows eubins are old enough to start potty training. I have no control over the build servers. I don't see why we couldn't have daily translations for non-Windows clients.

There's no reason why we couldn't. Just that no one has set up a build server todo that yet. If you have a server and the time, go right ahead!
