Euphoria docs in .hlp

Hi everybody,

        Finally the Euphoria Library Routines (from library.doc) in Windows
Help Format (.hlp) is ready. I would like to thank you all for helping me
doing this stuff, I recieved valuable information and files for achieveing
my goal. The next step is to make a more complete file, including all
the manual.
