You do know that AI can never be conscious, right?
Not untill we figure out how the human mind implements
consciousnes.
Allthough you can easily code an AI entity that passes
the Turing test and so is classified as 'HUMAN', it
will never make decisions based on it's own, it can
only pick (using code by the programmer) wich option
to choose out of a long list of options.
The programmer actually puts a bit of his own mind
into the AI he codes...
Therefore you will *never* buy MIKE when it is
released.( Meta Inteligent Kinetic Entity ).

BTW, MIKE is my own li'll AI prog coded in ASM, as 
an alternative to documentation files that come with
programs. MIKE will teach you how to operate a
program, and you can ask it to tell you how to do
stuff.
