a Question on routine_id()
Doese routine_id() have to follow the routine it's getting the
id for? I thought it could come before (for mutual recursion).
I tried using it to get an id for a function, but it wouldn't
work untill I cut and pasted (thus eliminating the possibility of
spelling error) after the routine in question.
It was being used at the top level of an include file
to add the routine id of a global function, also in the include
file to a global sequence defined in same include file.
