Damien Version 0.04a -- Major Bug Fix
Hi All,
Thanks to feedback from a user, I was able to locate and fix a major bug in
Damien. As a result, I,ve uploaded a new version to my WEB page at:
Following is a synopsis of the update:
1. Menu attributes are now displayed in the Control Inspector so menu
events may be specified.
2. Major bug fix... Dialog and Timer controls were causing the Save Project
function to fail. When you now click on those controls, the code to create
them is placed in the code editor, but no visual control will be placed on
the design form.
3. Bug fix... Several controls were being created with the incorrect name,
specifically: IMAGE, STATUSBAR, UPDOWNBUTTON, DATETIMEPICKER, PROGRESSBAR,
and TRACKBAR. This has been corrected.
4. Since ONLY the EXE file has changed in this version of Damien, I've
provided the option of downloading only that file provided you previously
downloaded the complete package for the older version.
Hopefully, this version will provide some stability to the product. Please
keep the user feedback coming. It is invaluable.
