Virtual Graphics Library...another possiblilty

Ok, I'm gonna thank Pete, and Nick for telling me that the #A0000
address only holds a tiny bit of info.  Now, and other idea, can I tell
the computer that the info at address 20202020202 (made that up) is to
be shown on the screen?  Is that possible? good idea? should be
considered?  Please get back to me with answers.

(If that confused you guys, I mean instead of video memory being at
#A0000, it would switch, at least for my program, to 20202020202)
