If it's Euphoria filetype icons you're after, I did some 2-3 years ago.

If it's other icons you want, you'll have to be a bit more specific. What
kind of program of filetype would you like icons for?

The following under Win9x can be used as generic 'icon libraries':
  PROGMAN.EXE, MORICONS.DLL and PIFMGR.DLL

A google search turned this up too:
