Win32Lib/Dos32Lib Questions
Hi, All.
I've been a bit under the weather, so sorry about not responding in a timely
manner.
[Font Directory]
This is a good idea, but there's a small problem - the end user may not
actually have Euphoria loaded on their machine. I may just add the system
font in an include file, or try trimming the ROM font so that it's
non-proportional.
[Multiple Windows]
I hope to get around to fixing this (and modal windows) this month. In the
mean time, I'm as much in the dark as anyone else. Sorry.
[Abs() Function Missing]
Yes, abs() (and a *lot* more) are missing from Dos32Lib. I'll slowly be
adding them in as I get to them, and people remind me they are missing.
Setting the abs() as a global in Win32LIb now seems like a bad idea, but
since it's done, I'll leave it in, unless people want it (and other
"generic" routines) removed.
[onUnload, etc]
See prior message. I added enough functionality to get the demos running,
but not beyond that. My next steps will be to support more controls (scroll
bars, lists, etc). If people really need an onEvent, let me know and I'll
try to patch it in. But remember, this is pre-Alpha, based on Win32Lib,
which is still in Alpha. 
[Window Controls]
Sun has finally updated the Java Look and Feel page, at:
http://www.javasoft.com/products/jfc/tsc/swingdoc-current/jlf.html
It includes graphics of what the window controls look like, so I can finally
code them. It'll probably be a while before I include minimized windows
though.
I think that just about covers everything...
