Are you trying to link directly to your tuner card?  Or do you just want 
to get the data from Word or Excel?

Take a look at EuCOM (http://www.rapideuphoria.com/eucom.zip).  There is 
an Excel and an Access demo, and it is also possible to connect to Word. 
 Take a look, read the docs and the FAQ, and let me know if you have any 
questions.
