Finally got enough time to really wring out your humungo font method
that I received from you [ideo.zip]...it is very very fast! It posted
itself to my screen in under 0.50 seconds for 300 32 X 32 font blocks,
on my Cyrix 333 machine.
I will definitely be spending as much time as I can in the next few days
tearing into the heart of the program, so that I can modify for beta
use in my Chinese programme. Sorry that it had to take so long until
I could try it. I will substitute some of your .f font files, changed
into straight .bmp to see how it will all work. In fact, if it works
only half as fast this would be an enormous improvement over what I am
doing right now. I will post a message about it all asap.
