gif loader (bug)

There was a minor bug in the gif loader program I posted yesterday kindly
pointed out by Robert that caused the last line of each block of lines of
an interlaced image not to be displayed.

line 359 should have read 'buffer[line+1] = lineBuffer'

I suppose the motto is don't tidy up after testing, the attached file has
the bug fixed.
