Two suggestions.

1.) Compose a regular message and use some kind om "import file into
message" command to put the text file that contains the routine into
the message.
2.) <BEST> Zip the routine with PKZip WinZip or some other compatible
program and attach it to the message. If possible use UU encoding as
opposed to MIME or Base64.
