Topica email delivery

For the past few days, Topica has been having a problem.
A lot of people are not getting EUforum delivered via
email. The RDS EUforum Web interface has been fine,
and so has Topica's old EUforum Web interface, so I know
the messages are reaching Topica.
I've notified them, and they've replied, but there
still seems to be a problem. I'll keep after them.
