I downloaded the PDS a while ago, but I couldn't make heads or tails of
it myself (not unlike you ;)

I guess it's supposed to be able to let you create a custom scripting
language to write your programs in, then it converts it to assembler.

I haven't looked at it any further, so I couldn't tell you any more
than that :)
