    Hmm, in my Pascal helpfile it says runtime error 200 is...

        DIVISION BY ZERO

    well maybe you're right, the program counts from one to a hundred,
    calculate the difference in timeticks, then it divides a value by
    this difference, then it gets you a division by zero error...

    Yes the "Runtime error %d at %04X:%04X" message is Pascal's.
