GUI Bug Fixes - v0.54

Ad Rienks found a number of bugs that I've fixed in the GUI, so I figured it
would be a good idea to send them along. Could you update the zip file for
me? The following files should be included:

     DIALOG.E
     README.TXT
     TEXT_GUI.TXT

Work on the graphic GUI is slow - I'm not an expert on VGA mode, so it's
tough going. If I can get the cursor emulation fairly solid, I'll try to
post the update in a couple of days. Otherwise, I'll probably wait another
week, and post a couple more fixes I've run across.

By the way, the new routines for 1.5 really came in handy for
saving/restoring the graphic screen!
