I can't use Pastey to do the job:
Fatal run-time error: Couldn't insert new pastey: Incorrect string value: '\xE2\x80\x98ini...' for column 'body' at row 1
I tried with UTF-8 and with ANSI. I did not even find where the incorrect string value is located.
